Privacy policy
This policy describes what data is collected when you use the LetsCampaign site and account, on what basis it is processed and how you can control it. Traffic statistics collected by your own tracker installation remain under your control and are never transferred to us.
1. Who processes the data
For account data the controller is LetsCampaign, reachable at hello@letscampaign.com.
For click, visit and conversion data collected by your tracker installation the controller is you. We have no access to it and do not act as a processor without a separate agreement.
2. What data is collected
Using the site and the account involves the following categories of data.
- Registration data: email address, name, workspace name.
- Technical session data: IP address, browser and device type, request time.
- Payment data: handled by Stripe, we store only the subscription identifier and its state.
- Support requests: the text of your message and any material you attach.
3. Legal basis and purposes
Data is processed to perform the service agreement, to keep the service secure, and on the basis of your consent for site analytics.
We do not sell personal data and do not share it with third parties for marketing purposes.
4. Retention
Account data is retained until the account is deleted and for the period required by applicable accounting law. Technical logs are kept for a limited time and deleted automatically.
5. Your rights
You can exercise the following rights by writing to our support address.
- Obtain a copy of the data we hold about you.
- Request correction of inaccurate data.
- Request deletion of your account and related data.
- Restrict or object to processing.
- Withdraw consent previously given.
6. Transfers and security
Connections to the site and the application are protected by TLS. Access to account data is limited to staff who need it to perform their duties.
Payments are processed by Stripe and card details never reach us.
