Terms of use
These terms govern the use of the LetsCampaign site and software. By starting to use the service you confirm your agreement with them.
1. Subject
The service provides software for tracking ad campaigns, routing traffic and attributing conversions, together with support in the scope of the chosen edition.
2. Subscription and payment
Access is granted by subscription with a billing period of one, six or twelve months. The trial period is seven days on the Liftoff edition.
Click volume is never metered. The edition determines the number of workspace seats, the number of tracking domains and access to automation.
Payment is charged automatically at the start of the billing period. Cancelling the subscription stops further charges and access continues until the end of the paid period.
3. Acceptable use
Using the service for activity that breaches applicable law, distributes malware or deceives users is prohibited.
We may suspend access when a breach is identified, informing you of the reasons.
4. Customer data
Traffic data collected by your installation belongs to you. We claim no rights over it and do not use it for our own purposes.
5. Liability
The service is provided on an as is basis. We make reasonable efforts to keep it available but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation during third party infrastructure failures.
Aggregate liability is limited to the amount you paid over the preceding twelve months.
6. Changes to the terms
We may change these terms with at least thirty days notice. Continued use of the service after the changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
